For 2008 the EVIDENCE Based Communication team has decided to improve the quality of our Professional Relationship.

As you know Quality is very important for EVIDENCE Based Communication, Quality being completely part of our business management: an evidence of this is the ISO 9001 norm certification we have got. It is the real first time indeed, that a French Communication company has obtained this agreement for all its fields of activities: Observational Studies, Professional Relations and Advertising.
Thus, we have noticed that emails may sometimes make your requests unclear, and our answers imprecise, and eventually our relationship too impersonal. In other words, it may happen that emails disturb the communication.

This is the reason why we are pleased to inform you that we have decided to set up the “Email Free Friday”. That is to say that from now on, every Friday, we are going to favour phone calls rather than emails. We will take time to call you back after receiving your email, in order to make sure that we have well understood your request. Our objective with this initiative is to increase our efficiency. Indeed, we will better meet your expectations.

CERTIFICATION SEPTEMBER 2006
Since it was created, EBC has set a high quality management system in accordance with the ISO 9001 standard.

Our objective is to develop a homogeneous and flexible organisation in order to fully understand and realise your expectations and demands,
thanks to involvement of our staff.

The first step was taken in November 2005 with the ISO 9001 certification for "Observational phase 4 studies", (domestic and international).
We use simple tools such as specific quality management indicators to measure our performance. To us, quality makes sense only if we can get your feedback.

The second step taken in March 2006 allowed us to raise our certification area to the rest of EBC activities such as professional relationships and promotional campaigns.
To ensure the quality of the services we provide to our clients, we regularly improve and examine all our activities.

EVIDENCE Based Communication is the only company that is ISO 9001 certified for all your projects in the field of communication i.e. for Observational phase 4 Studies, professional relationships and promotional campaigns.
